End of year~

We're already almost at the end of 2009 now. I guess I need to update my blog already. It has been a while and I miss multiply. I've been busy recently and didn't have time to update everything. Anyway, alot of things happened recently. None so interesting though, just went to some christmas parties and some birthday parties. I enjoyed PPF(PinoyPercussionFreaks) and PinoyPS christmas parties even though i think I was sleeping the whole time because of work later that day. I sometimes think that I might need time off work to relax. Blood pressure went high due to extreme overtimes that we did at work. Maybe I was just pissed off. I also got to see my college friends again. I really missed them. I've been also watching alot of anime recently, to update my list. Lol. Suddenly I'm an otaku again. Having posters and gashapons and gundams piled up again. I miss those times when I can relax after a day's work. Right now, the company that i'm working for gives me nothing but headaches. Well, not only me but alot of my colleagues as well. I wish I can resign as soon as possible. Anyway, to set the ranting aside, my Grandma also celebrated her 70th birthday this year. Wow, I can't believe that we're all growing up that fast. I enjoyed the party even though I was late(again, due to work schedules). I had work this past christmas so I really didn't enjoy the holiday that much. Good thing company gave us something to eat during that time. Can't imagine being away from the traditional christmas that every other person enjoyed that day. By the way, thanks alot to those people who gave me presents this christmas. You know who you guys and gals are. Thanks alot for the concern. I don't have a resolution for this new year yet, nor any plans on changing anything right now. Just that I wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year! Enjoy your lives while you still have time!:-)

Second Half of the Year.

It has been a long time since I updated this blog. I have been so busy that I didn't even have time for myself. I think it might have been six months already since my last post. Anyhow, that means there are a lot of things that happened and are still happening in my (oh so boring) life now.

Well, first of all, i got a new job. I thought that I would never go back to this industry again since it really isnt a nice job. I'm always on graveyard shift. The good thing about this is may salary.. well, compared to my previous job. At least i can support my family now. bad thing about this is of course, body clock gone broken. I usually dont eat and sleep on time like I did before. I have work on weekends, holidays, and even if there would be a strong typhoon coming in the area. it's a good thing I have alot of patience or else I might not even last the entire 6months in my current work.

What surprised me the most during my busy days was when King of Pop, MIchael Jackson died, i might have not liked him alot but I guess I just respected him alot after all. What happened made me think if the charges against him were really true.. it could be true that he didn't get to have an enjoyable childhood but would that really made him do what they claimed he did to those children. I just wonder why I just got to enjoy his music right after he died. His songs and moves were really great. I feel regret every time I see him on TV.. I guess those good people really die early...

While I was away, Konami released Drummania Guitarfreaks V6.. for me it was such a waste.. I really hated the fact that the guitar machine's screen was broken beyond repair. That made me stick to the V5 version instead. There's also an arcade version of guitar hero that was released just recently. I also saw the street fighter arcade version thingy on timezone..

Unsaid Thoughts?

Why by Ayaka (English Translation)

The haze beyond your eyes clouds my sight
Are there feelings lying at the bottom of your heart?

Even if the whole world was yours
Would that that bring you happiness?

Why do you up at the lonesome sky?
Why, let's see you smile
I know what you're like
How you aren't good at putting things into words, so why not...

What happened in days long past?
In your eyes, as turn your gaze away from me

Do you know of such a warmth
One that can embrace you on those lonely nights by yourself?

Why are you so worked up on appearances?
Why, open up your heart
I know you've had a heavy cross to bear
But I've got the strength to accept you
So why not try believing in me

The free are awkward...
The free are anxious...

Why do you look up at the lonesome sky?
Why, let's see you smile
I know what you're like
How you aren't good at putting thing into words
So why not try believing in me

ne...私はあなたをお待ちしております....

A Happy New Year to Everyone!

Before I start with my first journal entry of 2009, let me greet everyone a happy new year. I have been so busy this past holiday that I wasn't able to update my blog. Anyway, during the holiday season, I just stayed at home and enjoyed my new PSP from Tim. I really did take the opportunity to play since I won't be able to do that after the vacation is over. last December 20, we(tim and I) went to PInoyPS's christmas party. There I was able to meet new people who shared my passion in gaming. I also met different types of people(way different from some people from PPF). The party was simple yet I enjoyed it, especially the parlor games. They also had karaoke(unfortunately, Tim sang, and he sang My Immortal...Oh noo...) After that comes the christmas day everyone was waiting for. Unfortunately, fore me it was the busiest day since I had to do last minute grocery shopping for our noche buena at home. It was a good thing that I just got my pay from work that's why I was able to buy food for noche buena.:) The bad side of it was I had a hard time going home because I had two huge bags of groceries with me(and they were heavy as well). next came the Yearender event of PPF. As usual, we bought sushi for the members to eat. Yeah~ Also, since this was the first time that alot of old members were out of the country, "nagkulang ang pagkain" so we went out to find some food to add up.This was also the first time that I was able to see the trailer of White Knoght Chronicles for PS3.(but I dont have one so I guess I'll just play on tim's Ps3).

Anyway, thanks to tim an ym family I was able to enjoy the holiday season. Again, I wish everyone a happy new year, and do remember to fulfill your resolutions ne?

A Boring Monday and Grilled Tomato

Dec. 15- The usual payday for some people. Many of us are waiting for this day so that we can restock financially. For me, aside from waiting for my salary, i was struggling to keep sane. Apparently, I was having a strange fever the whole day and my head was spinning and i felt like my head was breaking in two. I don't have medicine so I tried to withstand the pain in my head. It's was also too sunny that i feel so lightheaded.

Anyways, Habble, JacTingLim and I went to Grilled Tomato yesterday evening since it was payday. We got there around 8PM and waited for Habble to arrive. Well, since Jac and I were from Ortigas, we took the cab(we don't know how to commute from Ortigas to Tomas Morato). Its a good thing that the gasoline prices went down already. We didnt have to ay extra for the cab. yay~ I tried their beef keema now because their beef korma wasn't available. habble also told us that hummus was good, so Jac and I tried it, and it was good with the pita bread and curry sauce(LOL, we experimented). Jac also tried their Rose flavored iced yoghurt. I am still wondering if it really tastes like rose?

After that, we decided to head home, took the cab. Jac dropped me off somewhere in Cubao. I took the bus home. I then realized that my fever was really high because i was really feeling dizzy while I was on the bus. It's a good thing that after I rested, I felt better alreasy. Maybe I was just too tired from work? or I lack sleep.. Who cares.. As long as I can wake up and go to work everyday. Even though it's boring everyday, it's reality, ne?

Christmas Letter to Santa!~

Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In April I gave [info]bitch_kicka a kidney (1000 points). Last Monday I ruled Asscrackistan as a kind and benevolent dictator (700 points). In November I put money in [info]carding_20's expired parking meter (14 points). Last month I farted in an elevator (-6 points). Last Sunday I broke [info]thecomstarbaby's X-Box (-12 points).

Overall, I've been nice (1696 points). For Christmas I deserve a Sony Playstation 3!

Sincerely,

Pacquiao's Victory- another thing to be proud of?

The whole Philippines is celebrating on Pacquiao's victory against Golden Boy's Oscar Dela Hoya. Filipinos from every corner of the Archipelago woke up early in the morning just to watch the match on their televisions or on theaters(live). Everyone was so excited and nervous at the same time, for Dela Hoya is not just an ordinary fighter. If you would go outside your place, you would notice that there's less traffic, less people outside walking in the streets; police even speculated about less crime rates during the match( which might be true). At home, my dad woke up early and was watching TV while waiting for the match to start. We were all excited to see the match because we thought that we would see alot of action on this match(unlike Pacquiao vs Morales). I even cancelled all of my plans just to watch the match. Well.. noon came, the match started. at first we thought it was exciting. Dela Hoya looks as if he has a big chance to defeat the Pacman. He was too defensive and seems like he can withstand Manny's left hand. As the rounds increase, it seemed like Dela Hoya was tired(or he just didn't want to fight anymore). The match ended on the 9th round with pacquiao as the winner via Technical Knock Out(TKO).. After the fight, many people are celebrating for Pacman's victory. The question is, did pacman really defeat dela Hoya? or it's just scripted(like WWE).. I'm not saying that pacman didn't deserve to win. waht made me think is that Dela Hoya had alot more titles..I'm just thinking that is he really that weak? or maybe he just can't counter Pacman's attacks...
Another thing is that why are the politicians there? Vice President de Castro was there. Chavit Singson was there. Pacman even mentioned that there were Governors, Congressmen, Senators, and mayors there. Philippines has alot of problems right now. How come the politicians can relax overseas while us Filipinos suffer here in the Philippines. I just hope that they do their job first before they go somwhere else and relax(maybe using the money they embezzled from the nations treasury). Anyway, it's still a question up til now. What is important is that Pacman made the Philippines proud again!

After the fight, we went to my grandmother's home to celebrate my cousin and my aunt's birthday. we enjoyed korean and japanese cuisine! i so miss the Kimchi and the tempura as well! Thanks to those who cooked the super delectable meal!

November 29 and 30- Weekend that's soo FULL.!

After work last nov. 29,2008, we went to Grilled tomato and ate our hearts out. the food is still soo good! I forgot that I ordered an ox brain gyro... (reminds me of something yucky).. after a very long time we were able to go there again. So many things have chaged... they renovated so that the restaurant can accomodate more people!

Last Nov. 30 my love and I went to glorietta to watch Twilight(supposedly), but my tummy says I wanted to go to Saisaki to eat sushi and sashimi. Thank goodness Tim agreed after so many months of persuading him to eat there. I was so hungry that I still ate even if he's already done. (that's why I am having a stomachache now).

Anyways, we played Drummania & Guitarfreaks V5... We were in Rust mode.. LOL// can't even unlock an extra stage. Hahahahah! Apparently, we were able to finish the same old songs, but with different scores from what we can do before. We also played DDR(Dance revolution) Supernova 2... We tried new songs... and we failed.. but thats part of life right?

too sad that Tim had work yesterday(which was a holiday).. Di tuloy kame nakapagenjoy kahapon....but thats fine! madami pa namang chances eh..! hehehehe!

Drooling over...

    no. 1 - Twilight (movie)
                   - right now , i'm still thinking if I would watch the movie. I really want to watch it but some people tell me that it's not worth it. I'm really looking forward to the showing of that movie.. I hear many criticisms about how the lead actors acted.. on how the story was interpreted, etc. It's almost weekend; I need to decide...

    no.2 - Playstation Portable
                - I wanted to have a PSp so bad.. even though mah boyfriends has got one, I still want to have one because Im having a hard time finishing games (RPGs) if I'll just borrow the console from him right? I seriously think I would need one as well since i'm always out of the house nowadays.( i only go home to sleep) It's not going in with the trend but it's a matter of enjoying my interests as a gamer(but not so hardcore).

    no. 3 - Saisaki buffet
                - It's been a month since I really planned on eating at Saisaki/dads/kamayan. Apparently, every time I attempt to go there, someone is trying to stop me(be it subconsciously or they really know it). *sigh* when can I eat unlimited sushi/sashimi again?:(

no. 4 - Junjou Romantica Series (season 1 and 2)
-I want to have my own personal copy of the anime series.. I want the mangas as well.. They're sooo cute.. I mean, it's not the gravitation type of shounen ai anime.. there is something with it that's really heart breaking.. hahaha*evil grin*

Happiness and Sadness.

These past few day, I've been trying to figure out what would be the problems or factors that might lead a '"romantically close" friendship over the borders. I asked some people who have experienced "that" kind of relationship. Most of them told me that it really starts with the "bestfriend thingy". recently, I have some friends who are still in denial (or maybe they are really straight at all and my mind is just playing tricks on me). HOnestly, their cnflict has been going on for months. At first, we didn't even know what the main reason for the argument was, but some already had an idea on what really happening. I'm just really angry because of several reasons. One is that everyone was trying to do their best to help those two restore/repair their friendship, but I don't believe that they are really willing to cooperate to save what's left to save. Yesterday, some bad news rea;;y came. I just do wish that they can still mend their broken friendship.

Well, in terms of happiness, I was able to drink againafter a long time.. feels so good after a long day's work.^^ Finally, after 2 weeks of no response! I got a response from a certain special person!! weee~ Thank you Lord!^^
